AIMS Score - live health score

AIMS Score is calculated in real time for your overall environment and individually for each of your IT components.  The score, ranging from 0 to 100 rates the health based on the current and historical anomalies.  The AIMS Score is automatically calculated after installing AIMS and is used also used in the "System Overview" (or sunburst as we tend to call it) as shown below and in "Hall of Shame".

The "Needs Your Attention" module shows the key issues in your environment you should be aware of - including High & Critical Anomalies, Stopped Services and Critical Errors.  With a simple glance at the "Needs Your Attention" section of the dashboard you understand what's happening in your IT environment - powered by machine learning and AI based Anomalies.

The "Needs Your Attention" module allow you to select Anomalies, Stopped Services or Errors and get to more details including the services impacted.  Further, you can easily investigate an issue further by clicking the "Investigate" button to drill down into the details.

Hall of Shame = systems to investigate

The AIMS Score is not only used for the overall IT environment and the systems overview (sunburst) but also in the "Hall of Shame" module.  Using the AIMS Score - the Hall of Shame shows the systems that have poor AIMS Score.   Systems in this context include SQL instances, BizTalk Groups, Windows Servers or Azure Resource Groups as a few examples.

Timeline to see the AIMS Score trend

The Timeline module allow you to look at the AIMS Score trend - how it has developed over the previous 12 months, weeks, days and hours.  Together with the AIMS Score - the module shows count of Anomalies and Errors to understand potential drivers of the development in the AIMS Score.

Activity feed - live feed with key events 

The Activity Feed is a chronological feed of key events identified and includes: anomalies started, anomalies stopped, new systems discovered, new nodes discovered, systems removed and nodes removed.  New systems/nodes added provide useful insight into new services / applications deployed that allow you some key governance insight into cloud resources or into new application / service deployments to applications and databases.
