Since the inception of AIMS technology as a scientific research project from the Institute for Informatics at the University of Oslo, AIMS has always been driven by innovation.

We develop AI and machine learning technology to give the world’s largest companies deep insight and control into their most business-critical processes – like safely distributing electricity, shipping thousands of daily orders to ecommerce customers and delivering the results of medical tests to doctors quickly and reliably.

We didn’t jump on AI and machine learning when it became The Next Big Thing – we had it as our starting point, and took a long, hard look at how we could apply it to solve real-world problems.

He took a research project from the University of Oslo to founding AIMS as a company in 2011 which now delivers services to Fortune 500 companies around the world. Deep knowledge about the integration market and possesses deep understanding of architecture, development processes & operations of middleware solutions. Prior to AIMS he has been responsible for the delivery of complex integration solutions for the past decades on middleware platforms with engagements spanning across some of the biggest companies in Norway & Germany. Holds a MSc Computer Engineering.

Alessandra has a background in the world of mathematical modelling. She has a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Padua and she has been working for several years in the academic world. She was a postdoctoral researcher at NORDITA (Nordic Institute of Theoretical Physics) in Stockholm and at DESY (German Electron Synchrotron) in Hamburg. She is also a Marie Curie Alumna (Marie Curie Actions).

He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Mr. Tor Bækkelund has over 20 years experience working in Energy, Security and Information Technology & Service industries with global footprint.  Mr. Bækkelund has a solid track record in growing businesses.  He currently invests in new businesses taking an active role building them to a success.  Mr. Bækkelund has previously been the CEO of Hugin Group, a successful technology company that he led through multiple transactions over the last 7 years.  Previous to the role in Hugin he served as Vice President in a high tech company in the US which was transformed to a success in a few years. He holds a M.Sc. from Norwegian University of Science & Technology - NTNU, and completed an executive education from London Business School.

Mr. Stig Nerland has been involved in the Norwegian IT industry for the last 15 years working for major players such as SAP and Microsoft holding different product manager and managerial positions. An entrepreneur by heart, Stig has spent the last 5 years in the role of CEO, building Lumagate to become a significant brand and company in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Stig is currently part of the leadership team in the Finish company Innofactor, who in late 2016 aquired Lumagate. He holds a Bsc with honours in Applied Computing from Dundee University and a M.Sc in International Marketing and Business from the University of Abertay.

    Customer Success Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to obsess about our customers and the value they derive from using the AIMS AIOps platform. You are experienced within IT Operations and understand the challenge of an increasingly complex infrastructure landscape.     Responsibility:

    • Proactively managing the relationship with AIMS customers.
    • Own the onboarding process and in-application onboarding content & guides
    • Ensuring that all AIMS activities are closely aligned with the customer's success plan.
    • Maximize the customer’s value from implementing the AIMS AIOps platform.
    • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Ensuring high customer loyalty and build customer ambassadors.
    • Identifying expansion opportunities and securing subscription renewals for your assigned accounts.
    • Communicating the product roadmap to customers and ensuring it meets the customer’s needs.
    • Serving as the “voice of the customer towards AIMS Product Management.
    • Assisting with high severity service requests and escalations.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
    • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) tools.
    • Experience from working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
    • Able to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
    • Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
    • Have an understanding of customer success methodologies and practices.
    • Fluency in English.

     Requirements:

    • Solid experience with HubSpot, inbound marketing & sales (expected to be / or get certified)
    • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) tools
    • Proven experience conducting customer interviews, developing white papers, case studies, videos, blogs, presentations, web content.
    • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
